My brother just informed us a month ago that he plans to move into our guest room for a year to save up some money. :( I can offer, if people find a hotel in the Lincoln Park area (Belden Stratford is one that comes to mind, though I've never stayed in a Chicago hotel to be able to provide guidance on what's good), to give a few people rides downtown (only about 3 miles, but sometimes being a little further from the center helps!).
