After Erica endured over 24 hrs. of labor, baby Grayer Rae is HERE!!!
He is 20.5 inches long and weighs 7.52 ounces.
Not even being 30 minutes old, Grayer reached out and held his daddy’s finger.
We love you Grayer Rae. You are our little miracle.
OH! He’s just stunning! Poor Erica! 24 hours! WOW!

The first picture of him opening his eyes for the first time, squinting and almost biting his lip…what a moment!
How great to be there, to capture your brother holding hands with his son for the first time. It makes all of the craziness of the journey fade into the background.
That last picture is so WOW! It’s like watch out world, here comes Grayer! Such a peaceful determined look in his eyes (who knows he probably just ate lol).

BTW…We missed you at the PUG!…Oh, funny story. Right after we all had dinner at my place, we came inside b/c it was cold. We forgot a few plates outside and later cleaned them up…only to find a BIG FAT SLUG on the plate eating the leftovers…so we took pictures and he is now our new mascot…The PUG Slug!

Remember the pregnant lady at the Sony San Diego mommy blogger event?
Just wanted to let you know we had our new little baby too, last Friday. We’ve posted tons of photos, but my favorite is where she’s sleeping on a big sister’s chest. I used my Sony Alpha with a different lens and shot it with a super low f-stop (1.4, I think)to get that blur effect too, and just love the way it turned out.
